Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso (OBC) supports the decentralized cooperation activities of its partners through the production of press stories on Programme themes – enhancement of cultural tourism, rural areas and the natural environment, support to small and medium enterprises, territorial planning and social services – on the socio-political contexts of South East Europe and on the European Union’s enlargement process.
