In order to encourage the elaboration of territorial development proposals able to give new impulse to the ongoing decentralization processes, ANCI, in collaboration with the Associations of Local Authorities of South East Europe and with their network NALAS, encourages the creation of a comparison space on the governance of local development and on the innovation of territorial policies.
